Integrated QHSE policy

The control follows the work.

One policy covers the lines Averon coordinates. Quality is not a separate brochure from safety. The same standard applies from the drawing issue to the plant permit and the equipment certificate. Averon does not claim a completed ISO certificate of its own. Partner stamps stay with the partner who holds them.

• Quality

  The right revision, the right inspection and a close-out record. Averon does not hand a client an unmarked file or an untested package.

• Health

  Protect people on every interface Averon coordinates — from the Al Khobar office through partner site execution.

• Safety

  Live-plant work starts only under permit-to-work, job safety analysis and the client’s site rules. No shortcuts on a shutdown.

• Environment

  Plan the work to limit waste, emissions and disturbance, in line with the client’s site environmental rules.

• Engineering

  Design review and document control sit with Petrocon. Averon checks that the client receives a named revision.

• Gas and liquid skids

  Fabrication, inspection and test records sit with Autometers Energitec. Averon does not restamp ASME or ISO certificates.

• Plant maintenance

  Mechanical plant maintenance and campaign shutdowns sit with Sameep. Hot work, lifting and confined space follow the site permit.

• People and rental equipment

  Manpower support and rented equipment go to site only with competent people, induction and equipment certificates.
