Mechanical plant maintenance, campaign shutdowns and fabrication sit with Sameep Industrial Engineering. Campaigns include FCCU and residue units, coke drums and columns, and shop fabrication at Navsari (ASME U and National Board R). Averon coordinates this work in Saudi Arabia. Scale includes 1,050 personnel mobilised at Petro Rabigh HOFCC 2025 with L&T (MRU) and more than 2,000 MT fabricated at HRRL Barmer.

Weld overlay, CDU / VDU / fractionator top-dome replacement, heavy-wall piping and elevated loops.
Navsari fabrication works
Two 2,000 m² bays; plate cutting up to 100 mm and rolling up to 36 mm. ASME U and National Board R authorisations.
Mobilisation and fabrication scale
HRRL Barmer: over 2,000 MT fabricated. Capacity to mobilise 1,200–1,500 personnel for shutdown work.
