What this capability covers
Packaged gas systems are designed, fabricated and tested with Autometers Energitec Limited at Greater Noida works. ASME U / U2, National Board R, ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001, hydrotest to 450 bar. Averon coordinates this work in Saudi Arabia.

Delivery scope
Pressure reducing & metering
Stations up to 30-inch, Class 900. Ultrasonic, turbine, RPD, mass and orifice metering, with flow computer and gas chromatograph.
Fuel-gas conditioning
Scrubber, filter and heater trains for power and process applications. Gas flow capacity up to 330,000 Sm³/hr.
Compact / underground PRS
City-gate and CGD stations. Protection class IP67.
Process vessels
Knock-out drums, separators, filter-coalescers, desalters, heater-treaters.
CNG decompression
Cascade-fed high-pressure reduction with slam-shut protection and heating.
Gas treating & hydrogen
Gas drying, H₂S / CO₂ removal, PSA and membrane hydrogen packages.
