Averon Solutions – KSA prohibits bribery and corruption in all forms. This one-page policy is issued for clients, partners and pre-qualification files. It applies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and wherever Averon or a person acting for Averon does business.

What is prohibited
Paying, offering, promising or accepting a bribe, kickback or facilitation payment — cash, gifts, hospitality, jobs, donations or anything of value — to obtain or retain work or an improper advantage.

Who it covers
Employees, officers, consultants and anyone acting for Averon. Specialist partners on Averon scopes must apply an equivalent standard.

Books and records
Payments, gifts and hospitality are recorded honestly. Off-book accounts and false invoices are a breach.

Third parties
Agents, introducers and partners are not used to make a payment Averon would not make itself.

Reporting
Raise a concern with the Chief Executive Officer or write to info@averonksa.com. Good-faith reports are not punished.
Attach this policy to pre-qualification. A breach may end employment or a commercial relationship and may be reported to the competent authority.
